Art Walk Event: Children's Art & Activities

Join us on Front Street to support our Plantersville Summer Academy Artists! Stop by the studio, under the town clock, to view children's art, and create some art of your own. The artwork will be on exhibit and for sale. Proceeds support The Village Group and 50% to the student artist. Event Date: June 10, 2023, from 10–3 PM Event Details Children's Activities presented by The Village Group and The Rice Museum Include: • 10 AM - Art in the Park – Frances Marion Park, led by Jireh Funnie • 11:15 AM - Gullah Craft Project – Under the Clock Tower, led by Zenobia Harper • 1:30 PM - Photography Walk – Meet at Frances Marion Park, led by Marsh Deane and Vennie Deas Moore This event is a partnership with the Georgetown Business Association Art & Wine Walk
