About the Artist
TINA PROCTOR believes watercolor is “alive” with a unique personality. To partner with the movement of water and pigment remains her creative motivation and her reward.
After studying advertising art at Central Piedmont College in Charlotte, NC she enjoyed more than forty years in Charlotte as a graphic designer, art director and commercial illustrator while gradually evolving toward representational fine art. Her work has been published by retail, advertising firms, banks and non-profits, newspapers and magazines, businesses, corporations and service industries.
